Occupying the home of a prior bookshop with the same name, Nathan from the Moan and Dove in Amherst MA opened Seymour, the Pub on November 30, 2013. The atmosphere was warm and inviting, with the ambiance of light Scandinavian wood tones throughout. We were privileged to attend a number of Cantillon Zwanze days here. Frequently pouring unique imports from the Shelton Brothers. And even branching out to ciders and whiskey.
In November 2019 the Moan and Dove in Amherst took over management and operations of Seymour as Nathan headed off for new adventures and projects. Unfortunately the COVID pandemic shuttered Seymour in March of 2020, and I do not believe it has reopened since.
